True Lust

I'm not really one for the taste of betrayal
but it works for you, it fits you perfectly.
Out of the corner of my eye I see you smirking,
because you know what you've done to me.
All of the bad energy is flowing and karma is working,
I guess I'm getting what I deserve
I hate that now I realize that I treated you badly when you treated me badly
but I still want you back.

It was a pleasure to read your poetry today Ella. May your days always be filled with good health, love beyond expectation, and an overload of inspiration. Love, Carol
