True Friends

Distinguishing between your friends is a hard journey to embark upon
Learning that they are sometimes untrue
Talking to people you once thought you knew
Turning their backs right in your face when you need them the most
Not considering your feelings as if you were a ghost
True friends aren’t what their name really describes
True is not fake, sincere, and straight from the heart
I have yet to find the true find in my life
From what I can see, the endeavor is rather hard because of my past experiences
Thinking that in my own mind every thing was okay
Not wanting to listen to what my mother tried to say
When she told me to hang up the phone and go my own way
I guess I had to experience it hands on to show me to leave them alone
I guess this will show me who my true friends are and understand that I have NO true
friends!
