Troubled Times

I know there are troubled times Putting stress on your family today, There's no know explanation why Nor even the right words to say. Your daughter has drifted away Forgotten the love you've shown, Thinking she knows what best Can make it on the streets alone. Perhap's she's trying to find herself Just about anything now she'll do, Hanging around a bad group of friends Causeing even more pain for the family and you. Your trying hard to be reasonable But, this behavior now must go, Talking and punishments not working What to do next you just don't know. So, with knowing this is wrong You chose whats best for you, She isn't the least happy about it But, its what any loving parent would do. Someday she will come around Say thank you so much dad, You'll then rekindle the relationship That the two of you once had. Meanwhile keep faith inside For i'm for you my friend, Your family will be just fine Things will work out for you in the end
