brian, love the word-paint; how endearing!.. i searched for tristich though most sites say it is a quatrain... any thoughts?... nonetheless, this is stunning!.. hugggs

Hi Nette, Tristich is not a quatrain , quatrain by definition means 'four' whereas the 'tri' in tristich means three.For more info on Tristich see my edits in Wikipedia. Thanks for your always welcome comments and kind words.Have a good day.Rgds Brian

No Kim there is no syllable count in a tristich,the essence is the progressive parallelism.I have asked PS to include it here as a form. Thanks for your kind words.Rgds Brian
