trick or treater girl

neon trick or treater girl amazed us with her glow
I have a black light living room, so I invited her over, said Flo
She came in and danced around, a party all her own
We did not think she would ever leave, something to condone

My husband made lots of suggestions, but she really wanted to stay
But you had to finally kick her out, suggested my not-so-nice cousin Jay
No, we went to bed, listening to her dance all over the place
She had pancakes this morning, we are hoping she’ll give us a bit of space
