tribute to squidward tentacles
Here, hit me as hard as you can, please,” Squidward Tentacles says.
The customer who takes the bat, swivels her confused head.
She has no idea the reason he is saying this is Bob’s enthusiasm.
That he has returned to his cashier job at Krusty Krab, in the chasm.
“I am busy being dead or anything else,” he had said when leaving this job.
Missing this sarcastic, crusty old coot, was soon lamented by Sponge Bob.
After another April Fool’s joke goes wrong, Squidward snaps his thong.
“Oh, why is it whenever I’m having fun, it is somehow quite wrong?”
This crabby, grouchy, crazy, sidekick is hysterical in many a great way.
To not watch him in a Sponge Bob episode is a wasted TV Day.
We all have someone in our lives this grouch reminds us of, I bet.
I begin to grin as soon as I see Squidward Tentacles on my TV set.
