Treasures

People collect many item's
Rare coins, pens, even rings,
To them they hold millions
Other's think they are simple things.

We've help on to them forever
From childhood on through,
Perhap's an old school jacket
Soft handmade blanket of navy blue.

Worn out photo albums
Love letter's we can all relate,
This and more we hold near
Taking them and memories through heaven's gate.

These are important in life
Thing's that give us our pleasures,
To me its only materialistic things
For my family and children are my treasures.
