Trapped

She hides his memory
Like it’s a big secret.

No longer wanting to see him
But capable of hearing him.

She hears him say he loves her
And swears he always will.

Then she feels the pain,
And allthe world stands still.

One broken heart and one broken dream
Is all he left her with.

Now she hears him in her head,
And she’s unable to forget.

It seems like you're talking to yourself, about yourself in third person... I do that all the time in my poetry and it helps me get over the pain sometimes, breakups are hard but not the end :) Wonderful poem, and smile :D it helps like no medicine or boy can Love, J.
