Trapped

Goose bumps prickle my arm,
My hands clench,
And stomach wrenches inside,
I can't breathe,
Or hide.

A rapid heartbeat thumps away,
Sweat is forming,
Eyes so strongly fixated,
I need help,
To late.

The urges take over my actions,
I start clawing,
All over an imperfect body,
I feel trapped,
Can't relax

Tears are pouring from my eyes,
I lose control,
Arms are so red and hot,
Leave me alone,
Cant stop,

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

I can feel your pain and I pray your not feeling it anymore. Prayer helps and time heals. Love the poem though and I hope when you write down your pain it helps you cope like it does for me. God bless you and keep you safe. Allan
