Transient Dream

Transient Dreams By Kevin Robey September 13, 2014 Miss addict smiles, parades away Guides me through these hollow days Reason please just stay behind Set me free for one more time Pulses race, yes I'm alive Dancing on the edge of knives Till morning comes and I'm undone I didn't die before the sun I smile with her, but is it real? Do I really know how she feels? I saw her then, just like a dream We learned to fly with angel wings Heavenly as freedom sounds It left again, I hit the ground My face is bruised from me and you My heart is trans and beats anew Do truths in dark hold up to light? Am I a slave to desperate nights? I cannot say, fate leads the way But she will smile until that day Yes, one day we'll meet again...
