“Jog! Jog! Jog!”
Sweats on floor,
Enduring pain.
See good results
To win in a game.
“Move! Move! Move!”
Holding my breath,
Lifting the wheel,
Up and down routine,
Things are so real!
“Go! Go! Go! “
Chairs on rubber mats,
Jumping it over,
Strengthen myself,
For me to discover.
“Work! Work! Work!
Everyday routine,
A strenuous training.
Just keep on going!
Rewards are fulfilling!
