That's a powerful and dramatic acrostic poem. The brevity and the sequence of actions—Touching my face, Ordering champagne, and sliding off a vow (a wedding ring)—convey a swift, decisive moment of ending a commitment.

I tried to write about a toy but I kept coming back to toying with emotions so went with it!
