Tornado

Storms a brewing
Lighting crashing in the sky
Wind a howling
Rain blows in Leaves fly

Safe with you holding on thigh
Listen to the news
People homeless tonight
Gives me the blues

Tornado's clam victor in the battle won
We shiver and watch with tears
Someones world come undone
It is that time of year

Homes can be rebuilt and trees will grow back
But what of the lives lost
When storms attack
What about the price they cost
