Torn

Torn
the being who was alone

Prone
the shredded soul of him

Blown
the hopes and dreams that were

Thrown
the shattered heart that was

Shorn
of the illusions of life

Flown
the dead spirit within

Mourn
the utter destruction of love

Grown
the simmering hatred of all

Born
a black void deep within
