-Toothache and Dentist

I have a such bad toothache
So a dentist I must see
Booked for tomorrow morning
I now have overwhelming anxiety

I am petrified to go to the dentist
It completely fills me with fear
No doubt in the morning
My anxiety will bring me to tears

I know I’m a big baby
And it’s an irrational fear
But positive thinking isn’t working
The negative thoughts won’t disappear

I have taken medication to ease the pain
Though the all consuming anxiety is still there
Tonight, I REALLY hate teeth and dentists
I so don’t want to sit in that dentist chair…..
