Took the Enemy Out
Soldiers patroling in full battle rattle; out in, the hot desert heat,
on the roads, of Baghdad, awaiting the danger, they would meet.
Them showing, their weapons, held at ready; them taking heed,
upon an declared enemy, escalating turmoil, with an evil deed.
Soldiers staying fully aware; their eyes, on point, and directly on cue,
them staggering, while sweating onward; as the heat, rises on through.
Then unusual activity, begins to occur, across the, opposite way.
an suspicious car, out of the blue, is then parked, without delay.
The car becomes placed, where the cars, wouldn't normally be,
next to a populate area, where the crowds, populate regularly.
A soldier, whom view this, signals to his buddies, to one and all,
"Time to put an end to this, by truly making this, crazy enemy fall."
Fully surrounded, was the enemy; with nothing, he could, of done,
weapons aimed, at center mass; with no where, for him, to run.
Testing the waters, trigger in hand; enemy arrogant, without doubt,
soldiers, then went to, open fire, and directly took, the enemy out.
