Too Stubborn To Love

TOO STUBBORN TO LOVE A cold kiss unfamiliar touch the butterflies escape to return no more I don’t recognize you can’t even murmur a name a stale hug nothing feels the same. Who you were once upon a time (the love I loved) exists no more. The love we shared went out the door You opened it I got tired of fighting For a love you never thought Was worth igniting So here we are strangers again with a worldwide gap to stubborn to mend
