Too Sad Too Cry
Too sad to cry
My eyes stay dry
Even though my heart breaks
What I read
I can't conceive
The many lives wars take.
Why should others care
They are not there
Away from all the strife
Parents die
Without saying goodbye
To their kith and kin
Why should we care
We are not there
Amongst the betrayal and sin.
We rest our heads
In our comfortable beds
Without any thought of others.
We should care
Although not there
It could be our fathers and mothers.
