Too Much Pain

Too Much Pain

My heart is confounded.
My mind was astounded.
Compassion grew thick.
When someone was sick.

I used my best judgment.
To help with the ailment
My kindness backfired.
Now, my head is in mire.

I hope that my God will
Send comfort from His hill.
And brace up my hurt heart.
As living now seems tart--

I learned a hard lesson.
So, now I am regressing.
Back to my sheltered place
That is lost behind...my face.

Until never—

I hate to think of you like this, Dane Ann, and hope you are feeling better now. You usually radiate joy and love, and that's how it should be, my friend. Love, Carolyn

Sometimes people who are hurting and don't know why will cast around for reasons, and someone to blame . you just happened to be handy. Don't withhold your kindness and concern for others because of this unfortunate turn out... blessings Margaret
