You are right in what you put Heidi..Yet those Taking the ' limited certaintys away ' Are the true fools.! There is only (One ) that Rules.)

Where there are good bad indifferent and incompetent (rule givers there will effective or Useless rules..? As a rule that is Heidi.!! Yet not Always the case!! As a matter of fact I would Rule out a dogmatic view on rules because they Have been changed so much even inches to centimetres got changed on rulers.?? Nothing Is sacred it seems.?
