Notes About The Poem

A little different look at daylight savings time

Tonight's the Night

Tonight's the Night

Tonight's the night, has been a year
That's way to long, my darling dear
Have forgotten how, is my worst fear
We must advance, I hope I'm clear

Tonight we will begin anew
Can be done early, me and you
It's just an hour, not a few
We don't have to wait 'til two

When we begin, the time will fly
We will move forward you and I
Seems only minutes that went by
That hour was quick, we both will sigh

We're done now, must take a shower
Our clocks reset, ahead an hour
