Tomorrows Sorrow
Yesterday I saw a man die
I saw the hallowed shadow of a scared man fade away into an ocean of solid blackness.
I saw a mans total apathy towards his fears and strengths rise like a demon on the wings
of the thunder storm.
That day I felt the ashes of a fallen angel in the palm of my hands.
A mans unwavering aggression for brutality was but a dust devil in comparison to the soft
summer winds.
I watched, yesterday, as a dead man's sins spilled out and stained my arms like the blood
of wine.
Like napalm, his sins where soldered forever onto my memory of that cold hearted day.
I have slammed shut the doors of judgement and sealed my eternal fate before I had even
begun my journey into humanity.
Yesterday I saw a man die because yesterday. . .
I killed him
