Tomorrow Ran Away

I cannot see tomorrow
I think its run away
Afraid of the all things we've done
And the price we'll have to pay

Our future stands back watching
And counting our mistakes
Holding us responsible
For the decisions that we make

We've chased away our future
Tomorrow has simply vanished
And if there's no tomorrow
Then we are truly banished

It will not hear excuses
As to why we chose this path
It will simply disappear
And cut our world in half

I cannot see tomorrow
I think its run away
It's time to choose a different path
Or make this our last day
