Tomorrow

I want to swim against the tide..
And crawl when I should run.
I want to leap off the tallest mountain..
And soar into the sun.

I want to be blinded by the darkness..
And feel the warmth in your stare.
I want to feel the shiver of morning..
And the stillness in the air.

I want to feel your regrets..
When you turn and walk away.
And know that in your heart..
You really wanted to stay.

To feel the innocence of your smile..
And the sincerity of your sorrow.
If only time could stand still..
I would steal another tomorrow.

Your thoughts are sentimentally felt in your lines, Derani. Did you mean the spelling of 'steal,' like in take another tomorrow?
