Tomorrow

Tomorrow

Another day is due to come anew
Portentous or a great new sun to shine
Perhaps a stunning purpose to imbue
And let it last an eon or awhile

A day passes by until one returns
As a new flower buds in grecian urns
The old day will leave us to greet the night
Waiting new found thoughts tomorrow will bring

To capture the sight of a bird in flight
Flies to its nest and begins to sing
For it knows tomorrow will come and show
The worms for its chicks and leaves for its nest 

Consuming their food then time for the rest
Question each day when tomorrow ascends
Create your small world with thoughts positive
Tomorrow is the desire to live
