Tokens of Jealously

Balassi stanza


 as fickle love is cruel, 
makes of many a fool  
as  hearts are many broken 
 “tokens of Jealously”  
`kept of hearts zealously’ 
as hurtful words are spoken  
hearts do become word graves 
as jealousy gains  slaves 
common as subway tokens
