Balassi stanza as fickle love is cruel, makes of many a fool as hearts are many broken “tokens of Jealously” `kept of hearts zealously’ as hurtful words are spoken hearts do become word graves as jealousy gains slaves common as subway tokens ================= For and In honor of Dr Ram And contest: Balassi Stanza By John Moses Freeman

Congratulations on your second place, John. Jealousy is a disease that can kill both love and friendship. Some people show it vegefully with hurtful words. Love is kindness and understanding, but many fail to see these virtues...it's a cruel society so uncaring and arrogant. I wish you more wins in the near future. Have a wonderful Sunday and smile.
