Togetherness
Close like the word & the lip...
United like the dew & the leaf...
Together we are...together we will be....
Forever like the earth & the tree....!
You be the eye & I'll be the tears....
You be the time & I'll be the years...
You be the heart...& I,the heartbeat-
You be the love...& I,the alphabets in it...!
When I have joy & you have anguish...
I'll cry for you & you laugh & relish...
Let the sky fall short.... when we talk of our love...
Let the bond of our hearts always soar above....!
Unified like the stars & the night...
Aligned like the Sun & the light...
Close like the tears & the eye...
Or just as the clouds in the sky....
Together we are....together we will be...
Alike the togetherness of shores & the sea...
Aloof to the barriers of Fate & Time...
Forever....and ever....like rhythm & rhyme....
