Together No More

We used to laugh together
We used to play
We used to talk together
Stay out all day

The silent sun sank into dark
As silver moon rose like a spark
A haze has fallen over us
A cloud that rises like the dusk

We laugh no more together
No more we play
We used to have each other
Now gone is day

The darkness deep hangs over sky
The deepness dark that hides the lie
Of all that's dead and gone and dust
The sun will set and turn to dusk

No more we are together
We have parted ways
No longer have each other
Lost in the blaze

The bloody battle rages
Beneath my sword I see
We've turned the final pages
For my friend looks up at me
