Together

i never intend to hurt you dear, 
                                               my only dream is to have you near;
                                               always to be in my house,
                                               forever to be my loving spouse;
                                               to be the air of your breath,
                                               always your lover until death;
                                               to be the star in your skies,
                                               and the twinkle in your eyes;
                                               to be the food that you eat,
                                               and the husband that you treat;
                                                to be forever in your life,
                                                not to cause you daily strife;
                                                to always hold you in my arms,
                                                and never bring you any harms;
                                                to always have you at my side,
                                                as through our life, we do stride.
