Today, Tomorrow
Love's intentions cannot be expressed everyday
I am always blessed and hope you feel the same
Please ask if you ever need help along the way
We'll walk in step, pride can't lead us astray
The softness in your voice when I hear you say
You won't let your heart lead you too far away
Put some trust in me, I'm always going to stay
I need you to love me true or never in any way
I know I'll always feel you are never far away
Part of the adventure of our work and our play
Away from the sadness consuming each yesterday
No doubt I meant forever when I said I'll stay
About a past that had made misery on many days
I didn't allow myself to love you in every way
Will you love me even after all the yesterdays
I once ran away, now I'm asking if you'll stay
