Did you give yourself some love today?
Did you say something good to your heart?
Do you know that you are loved and cared for?
By the Universe and our Earth?

Did you walk in faith and confidence?
Did you follow your unique path?
Did you choose moments of joy?
Did you embrace your inner heart?

Today, today, today...
Please remember that you are worthy

Remember that you are amazing

Did you give yourself time today?
Time and space and choice?
Did you imagine how very good you are?
In every atom and beyond God's grace?
