Today Is All You'Ve Got
Our life is but a vapor in
The history of time.
So every day should be well-lived
To make it all sublime.
Yes, live each day like it’s your last.
Go out and have a ball.
Go on and do that bungee jump
Or shopping at the mall.
Just live it up a little and
Have fun with all your friends.
’Cause all of this will cease one day,
That day when your life ends.
Tell your family that you love them.
Hug them and pull them tight.
And let them know that you’ll be there
For them each day and night.
Yes, make each day a special day.
Tell jokes and laugh a lot.
’Cause tomorrow’s never promised.
Today is all you’ve got.
