Today
Innocent and exposed, spawns a new day.
Anger engulfs to cover the pain.
Eat me from inside, I love the savagery.
Unknowingly in pain, I am your cavalry.
Break threw the walls to escape the darkness.
Only to discover the truth, there is no togetherness.
The sun will set, and the moon will rise.
Only to repeat the day that I despise.
Feed me your darkness; share with me your hate.
I am the one who understands you, your feelings run late.
Your thoughts are hurtful, don't think that again.
My emotions will explode, I destroy even friends.
Your love flows thick, oily and black.
I hate this new day, and tomorrow it will be back.
