K.M.S.O. Poet I do not know?

Today

For today I weep
of the pain-
and wound so deep,
I choose to walk away
though you beg for me to stay

For today I cried of the dreams-
I left behind 
to face life's reality
and the world of uncertainty

For tomorrow I awake
though my heart still ache
I know i will survive-
without you by my side

For the future I can't fore-see
I will make  it through,come what may,
I will walk again-
to a new beginning where
  life leads me
