To Zeb

My friend,
I have only known you for a short period of time,
Yet it seems like forever.
I wish I would’ve known you longer
But your passing was too sudden.
You were a man of God,
Serving Him showing love
But now He called you home in those skies above,
I will cherish the memories I have shared with you.
You were like a big brother
Looking out for me like no other.
I still believe that this is too sudden
But I now have to accept it
And move on without any type of exception
Because great is He who walks.
I know your final advice for me is to
Trust God and allow Him to build a path for me.
I promise I will give glory to Him
And honor your memory.
This isn’t a final goodbye,
But I will see you later in paradise.
