To Write a Wrong
I come here when I’m in despair
And don’t know what to do.
I can’t get over all the pain
And grief of losing you.
There seems that there is little now
That I can say or do
I’ll just take up my only weapon
And point it straight at you.
With one or two creative strokes
I’ll do what need be done
I’ll rid my soul of memories
That tell me you are gone.
I’ll find solace in your absence
And to myself be true.
And when I lay this pen down.
I’ll be over losing you.
