To the Quiet Ones

Surrounded by laughter, you
sit forgotten on your throne -
King of the Invisible.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(To the quiet ones who always sit alone in the back of the classroom.)

A/N: Wrote this one years ago and I know it does not fit the 5-7-5 structure, but till this day it remains my favorite haiku :)

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

We need the silent ones...good observations. I wrote a story once titled King of Silence....I must try and find it. Yes this one is a definite keeper. SuZ
