To the Boy Who Broke My Heart

To the boy who broke my heart,
I knew it would happen from the start,
I should've known and just been smart,
Instead i just sat here, falling apart,

To the boy who broke my soul,
Did you have to be so cold?
You always were the dominant role,
making me feel like i wasn't whole,

To the boy who broke my worth,
Why'd you leave? And treat me like dirt?
I felt broken, unbelievable hurt,
Yet i would still give you my whole earth,

To the boy who broke my trust,
Why'd you let us turn to dust?
We were forever, like we discussed,
Now you look at me in so much disgust,

To the boy who broke my heart,
I am almost ready to restart,
I have no bruises, i have no scars,
You just lost a work of art.

Nicely done Libby. I could feel your emotions in this poem and from the way it sounds, it was his loss.
