To Preach It
To preach it
~~~~~~~~~~
To practice what I preach I must live, although sometimes
It seems a bit hard
Especially when the world is filled with those darkened
souls always ready to push the card
It's easier to hold your tongue in grace than try to ruin another’s
day
But the small, petty, weak of spirit and mind just have to
have their say
Nasty of thoughts possessing hatred of themselves and us
all
When a joyous light appears they seek to snuff it out thus
insuring their eventual fall
Still with words of tolerance and by examples in life I strive and pray
to teach
This goes for all others as well as myself we should always practice
what we preach.
