To My Wonderful Boyfriend

You make me smile
Which lasts for awhile
You make me laugh
I'm so happy you get to see my other half

I love being around you
I know you feel the same way too

Today is a special day for you
You are finally 20 today
Wishing you an amazing birthday
Hope you get everything you want

Being with you I always wish to pursue
I miss you when your away

I know this isn't a usual present
But I thought this will be more pleasant
You are very special to me
On a high degree

This is the way I feel about you
Some you might of already knew
Even though we haven't been together long
It feels like we were meant to be all along

I always smile when your around
Less and less towards the ground
More and more I'm loving myself
Because you showed me the way you love yourself

For the longest time I felt unsafe
But because of you I feel safe
I can open up to you in ways i can't with anyone else
Which for me is huge progress

I can talk to you without you judging me
You have made that a guarantee
When you look at me my heart beats faster
The way it beats its like your its master

This poem may seem silly
But I know you'll like it really
I wrote this for you to have something that's one of a kind
Just like you
