To My Love
I'm missing you dearly
Now that you are gone
But know that I love you
And no your not wrong
When the sun goes to sleep
And the nighttime arrives
Deep in my sweet dreams
Our love still thrives
I worry about you dear one
I need to feel your arms
I need to hear your voice
And experience your charms
When it's lonely where you are at
Look at the starry sky
And you will know that angels
Are keeping an eye
I love you so much dear love
From the depths of my heart
If I had it my own way
We’d never be apart
As I am closing this poem
I will simply state
I hope that you my dear
Are waiting at the gate
