To Love So True

Here is a pearl
For my sweet girl 

Wear at your throat 
So friends take note 

Of my love true 
Meant just for you 

My girl so dear
I need you near 

Your pale blue eyes 
Send all the guys 

In to a spin 
Your heart to win 

They can all try 
But I'm the guy 

Who won your heart 
Right from the start 

You give to me 
A world to see  

Of trust and care 
And love so rare 

So soft and kind 
With piece of mind 

And your fair face 
Is full of grace 

Our love so true 
Bonds us like glue 

Be still my heart 
When we do part 

Each eve I spend 
With you must end

Dream of me sweet 
‘Til next we meet
