To Love Is To Be a Fool

To love is to be a fool
You start to do things you never do
And then you start thinking for two
You see their flaws but it's all cool

To love is to be a fool
You only give but you cannot take
You cannot lie you cannot fake
Break you rules just to keep their rule

To love is to be a fool
A happy fool if they love you too
One plus equals one not two
The sky's blue if they say 'tis blue

To love is to be a fool
You do not hear and you do not see
You do not have democracy
You'll be a hand you'll be tool

To love is to be a fool
You'll deny the truth believe a lie
You'd believe that you can really fly
You'll be the hammer be the wool
