To Kiss the Earth
TO KISS THE EARTH
As waves of froth return to shore
to be alive forevermore,
our lives like theirs return again
once more to walk where we have been.
The life we lead is just a song
where we can learn what's right and wrong.
The ocean speaks with a childlike roar.
We live to kiss the earth once more.
No day is lost upon this earth.
There is no death, only rebirth.
We live throughout eternity,
becoming what we choose to be.
We wade alone the ocean's stream.
Life is not a wasted dream.
