To Fly

I have always wished to fly
I'd like to join the  birds in  the sky
Releasing myself from pain below
Feeling freedom , feeling a relaxing flow
I'd soar over fields, land on a mountain top
I'd soar to places I've been as if time chose to stop
I'd like to fly with confidence  I cannot fall,
like birds sit on thin branches of trees standing tall
To fly was always a dream I desired for me
I even thought to hang glide, it never happened to be
So, I use my imagination to fly, free my soul, my mind
I'd like to fly high  as I can, to see all that I can find
Fly through clouds and see rainbows nearby, 
be partners with the sun and moon in the sky
I don't need colorful. flashy wings to see
I just want to fly with the wind and be me
