To Be the King

I Know I got what it takes to be the king
All the hardship, went from shiny to tarnished but still I’m me
Never flip flop’n call me offensive Cochran I can score wit D.
I soar to the occasion ready for war and I’m blaze’n like a G
Ready for the creep for any pretend men thinking they a beast in the east
I hold down my town the DYT, getting money buildin’ up the DYT.
Like a king supposed to be, take a tour explore with me
I’ll show you the side where we abide by the G code they supplied to me
Breed wit the heart of a winner; forgive a sinner who’ll ride like me
With the intent to prevent us with live’n in the system
Body of a young gunner think logic like an old runner and I got some wisdom
I know I’ll win some miss some, cruise some lose some but I’m never done
I posse what it takes to be now and next, come out the block’s like a vet, finish
and be know as the best.
Even a judge couldn’t object to my runnin’s to be the king now
Just look and screen my background to see what I’ll bring now
Leadership to lead a clique to the top of the food chain
Not greedy with my cheese or chip’s cause I know how food change
Stand up type, never run type go hard or go home a “demand mine’s” type
It takes a man’s mind right to revive the hive so the workers is workin’ right
My experience appears in my appearance you see it in my eyes and in my voice when
you hear it.
When I broke the mold, the angels were told to rejoice and sing
The dawning of a new era I know what its takes to be the King

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
