ACCEPTING OF THE OPINIONS OF OTHERS MONOPOLIES ARE TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE EVEN MAJORITIES ARE TO MAKE ROOM FOR OTHERS RULERS OF GOODWILL ARE WILLING TO BE ACCOUNTABLE
