To Be Alive and Not Lost

I woke up in the morning
Heard the pretty birds singing
How thankful I was
To be alive and not lost
The wind blowing
The leaves rustling
Satisfied I was on my bed
Near the window I laid
The beauty of nature
Beautiful green pasture
Thankful again I was
To be alive and not lost
