To All My Copd Friends

To All My COPD Friends Let me share an experience with you That brought my life better quality It is a surgery that is fairly new And with God’s help it saved me I began to feel my life slipping by As if there would be no tomorrow Deep inside I just wanted to cry And I didn’t want anyone to know There are so many others suffering too With this terrible condition besides me I understand what they are going through As if your life is surrounded with misery I actually thought that I was going to die I was put on 24/7 oxygen and moving slow I was thinking I had to plan to say goodbye To my life around me and everyone I know This is what I discovered that I could do I found some folks refer to it as the LVP A lung valve procedure - the breakthrough For those who have emphysema or COPD I want to encourage others to give it a try To breathe again and continue to grow It is certainly worth it for you to comply Your improvements will begin to show I want to be your sneak preview Of enjoying life again with energy The biggest reward I’ll give you a clue Is being able to live and love my family Those who need this I hope you qualify It is such a blessing and the way to go Even if it isn’t forever we’ll know why We gave it our all and went for the gusto Florence McMillian (Flo)

A very great piece Flo, great penning with fine rhyme and flow. I love how you've to push it out for others to benefit, trust many will indeed do so. Blessings, Gordon
