To a Good Friend of Mine

Your words trick my mind,
and propel my thought.
   Two friends in a poetic bind,
   drinking the coffee we just bought.

You have been a great inspiration to me,
weather you think so or not.
   What you write sets my mind free,
   from what the chaotic world has been tought.

We both see the con's in this life's wild ride,
but we can also talk of it's glorious sect.
   I hope to keep you friend, by my side,
   you truly hold, my deepest respect.
